This site uses only strictly necessary cookies — small text files placed on your device that are required for the site to function, such as maintaining session state and security (“COOKIES”).

This site uses no analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies, and does not track visitors across other websites.

Standard server logs maintained by our hosting provider may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This information is used for site security and to measure general traffic volume.

Financial Data

Please refer to the respective use and privacy policies of each of these vendors as to how they store and use your data. While we endeavor to keep this list up to date, it may, for practical reasons, be incomplete at any given time.

Data Retention and Mobility

We retain USER DATA for as long as it remains necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. We do not operate fixed deletion schedules across all categories of data. Instead, we determine retention by reference to:

– the purpose for which the information was provided, and whether that purpose remains active;

– whether the information forms part of our business correspondence or commercial records;

– any legal, tax, or accounting obligation requiring us to retain it; and

– whether the information remains necessary to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.

Technical server logs are generated and maintained by our hosting provider in accordance with its own log retention and rotation practices.

This site is hosted by Siteground on servers located in the U.S.A. If you access this site from outside that region, your USER DATA will be transferred across national borders.

Where we transfer the personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable, as the safeguard for that transfer. A copy of the relevant Siteground DPA safeguards is available on request from legal@twilightdimension.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights in relation to your personal information:

– Deletion — to ask that we erase your personal information

– Portability — to receive your personal information in a portable format

– Withdrawal of consent — where we rely on your consent, to withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also raise questions or complaints with your local data protection authority at any time.

After we comply with your request, you understand that any renewed use of the Website Functions may override past requests, and as such your USER DATA hereunder will again be subject to this Policy as if no prior request had been made.

Children

This site is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact legal@twilightdimension.com and we will delete it.
