Setup templates and customize your data-fields
Create powerful databases and reusable custom data for your game components, then connect them to your design templates.
Forgefire is a fully customizable development environment that handles everything from simple cards to advanced setups, and supports procedural generation of data fields and entire components.
Create powerful database frameworks for your game elements
Forgefire lets you break down your cards into text, number, and image elements, enabling you to create comprehensive databases.
It supports an unlimited number of card types, each with its own unique data and templates.
Connect Forgefire to your design templates
Forgefire integrates with your Adobe InDesign templates, mapping each data field to its corresponding InDesign element for a seamless preview of your cards in their final form.
This is a one-time setup. Once configured, Forgefire can manage previews and final outputs for all cards using that design.
Each card can be linked to multiple design templates, enabling you to create alternate designs, such as “alternate art” cards, while using the same data.
Connect fonts, styles, and glyphs
Import your desired fonts and styles, and grant access to custom characters directly from the rich text editor.
Multiple game lines? No problem. Get a Workspace for each
The requirements and complexity of different game lines can vary substantially.
Forgefire allows publishers to create additional “workspaces” for each of their games. Each workspace is an independent, customizable database instance to host your templates, preferences, data, and custom logic.
So get your game developers ready: it’s time to start forging great games!
